Rachael Moore Allston Flagg was born 20 August 1757. She married Captain William Allston, a widower, in 1775 and was the mother of Washington Allston. In 1785, after Allston's death in 1781, she married Henry Collins Flagg who became a member of the Redwood Library in 1791. |
