Description |
William Bradford, Jr. (1755-1795), a friend and advisor to George Washington, graduated from Princeton in 1775, served as a Colonel in the Continental Army (1777-1779), and was appointed Attorney General of Pennsylvania in 1780. In 1794, Washington appointed him Attorney General of the United States. Portrait. Adult Male Subject. Mid-Waist Length View. He is gazing at the viewer. He has brown eyes and wears a white wig, a white necktie, a white ruffle shirt, and a black coat. |
